Fleet, maintenance and aircraft documents stay off your setup. Nothing in this workspace asks you to own an airplane. Airworthiness of a student-supplied or club aircraft remains with its owner or operator.

Flight and ground instruction are tracked and billed separately. Aircraft rental is paid by the student to whoever owns the aircraft — it never runs through your instruction billing.
